ATLANTA, December 6, 2022—CentricsIT announced today that Park Place Technologies has acquired its global professional services division. Park Place Technologies, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a world leader in third-party maintenance and IT management services. The acquisition comprises CentricsIT third-party maintenance, data sanitization and destruction, recycling, on-demand engineering, and global project management services. CentricsIT remains a leading global provider of server, storage, and networking hardware and will continue to operate out of its Atlanta staging and integration facility.

CentricsIT Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Global Services Patrick Keuller will join the Park Place Technologies professional services team in a leadership role, ensuring a smooth transition for all impacted customers and providing a roadmap for continued growth.

CentricsIT hardware customers will be unaffected by the acquisition.
