Our experts work hard to find the right equipment for your environment, and after that equipment is chosen, our team of in-house engineers ensure the quality of the item before shipping. If specified, CentricsIT can configure your new unit(s) to your specifications for a completely turnkey solution.
CentricsIT maintains three certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The CentricsIT facility located at 3140 Northwoods Parkway, Suite 500, Norcross, GA holds ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, in respect to the scope of data destruction, audit, resale and recycle, while the CentricsIT office located in Suite 700 of the same address is ISO 9001:2015 certified, in respect to IT hardware reselling services, hardware rentals and services that include hardware maintenance, hardware installations and data center moves.

Our highly trained warehouse team regularly (and successfully) prepares internationally bound hardware for overseas transport. We have the years of experience and the tools to securely package, palletize and ensure the safe delivery of all of your units. We only contract with highly vetted, experienced transportation partners, both internationally and here in the US. As such, we establish and maintain a strict and universalized procedure to ensure the security of the equipment.
CentricsIT also has an in-house licensed customs broker on staff to expedite the shipping process. A licensed customs broker legitimizes your shipments to Customs and Border Protection from both sides of the border, thus avoiding delays, penalties and seizures.
To ensure the quality of the hardware it sells, CentricsIT offers a warranty on its hardware, so even if it falls outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, your equipment is protected against flaws and unexpected failures. In the event that something has not gone the way it should have, CentricsIT offers returns and exchanges on our website.
