Error Code:

0x0000002C, 0x00000000

Explanation:

This is an HP server blade error code. Typically this error causes POST (Power-On Self Test) to halt and give an erroneous error message: High Temperature Condition detected by Processor on server blades with multiple AC feeds.

FixIT:

First, you must verify that the high temperature warning is in fact an error. Log into Integrated Lights-Out (iLO2) to view the current temperature readings and trip points for your server. If the temperature of a sensor is above or near a tripping point, there may be a high-temperature problem with your equipment.

If a temperature check returns normal results, the issue may be with the equipment’s firmware. The error code 0x0000002C, 0x00000000 typically occurs in systems where multiple AC feeds are powered on sequentially rather than simultaneously. An Onboard Administrator firmware update should remedy this problem.
