CentricsIT Volunteers at the Atlanta Humane Society

ATLANTA, June 29, 2017 – CentricsIT spent its corporate service day surrounded by animals at the Atlanta Humane Society. Volunteers from every department cleaned kennels, fed the animals, and helped get them accustomed to human contact. Throughout the spring, the company also collected donations for the Atlanta Humane Society.

“Its incredible to see how much the organization truly does care for every single animal that shows up at the shelter,” said Executive Vice President Jon Hans. “We loved spending our day with the Atlanta Humane Society employees and animals and look forward to hopefully helping out in the years to come.”

The Atlanta Humane Society has cared for nearly 30,000 animals per year. The volunteers at the shelter are integral to the organization’s mission and are responsible for socializing with the public regarding adoption options and keeping the animals as active as possible throughout the day.
