The data center maintenance provider announced Monday the official launch of CentricsSupport.com, its flagship website. The website outlines the company’s broad array of data center services, focusing on its global reach and scope of worldwide capabilities. The website also serves as the destination for CentricsIT customers to access the company’s new online customer portal.
The new CentricsSupport.com features a sleek, global look-and-feel (the static background image is a map of the world), fluid navigation, blog, and a user-friendly customer portal. The robust customer portal, which launched last month, allows for detailed contract management and asset tracking along with a streamlined user interface. CentricsIT customers are also able to log and track the status of trouble tickets through the customer portal.
