Our partner was tasked with a global IT hardware rollout to all of the retailer’s store locations. The company needed one vendor to support the entire project across the US and Canada. They also required after-hours service to address unique site challenges and minimize downtime.
Due to the size, scale, scope and complexity of the engagement, our partner needed one vendor who could support a wireless access point installation across more than 700 locations in the United States and Canada, servicing 12-16 stores per week across 6 time zones. This required cooperation and coordination between CentricsIT and site contacts, the retailer’s corporate IT team, backline technical support teams, our partner’s vendor management group, service delivery teams, and various other departments.
