The hospitality giant needed assistance with post-pandemic reopening of offices across the globe. They had very strict timelines for the project plan and wanted to ensure continuity of IT services. SOLUTION REQUIREMENTS
The client split the project into phases 1, 2, and 3. For phase 1, the client required a site survey to determine which devices were at each site and decide on the optimal course of action. Then, phase 2 saw each device wiped and reimaged. For phase 3, the travel company wanted to get a grasp on their networking infrastructure setup to decide which devices needed to be reconfigured to new company specifications.
