This end user required on-call engineer dispatch and dedicated technical support, including credentialing, for all employees worldwide.


The VAR’s solutions requirements included coverage in more than 40 countries across EMEA, LATAM, and APJC. The scope of this coverage included: hardware break/fix services, DSS services, Physical IMACDs, and dedicated technician support services. CentricsIT was asked to interact directly with this client’s employees to resolve ticket-related incidents, set up new hires, and be available for ad-hoc project work.
