Secure File Transfer
At any point throughout the ticket process, customers have the ability to transfer files, such as error logs, securely through one of three standards methods.

  • SCP or SFTP using 2048-bit SSH encryption
  • HTTPS web application upload using 4096-bit SSL encryption
  • Encrypted PGP email attachments using our public GPG key
